Our agency opened in January 2021 and has grown into a team of eight. I came into the role as an external hire, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong focus on building a high-performing, supportive team environment.

I’m a graduate of North Carolina State University and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Augusta. Giving back and staying involved in the community is something I’m very passionate about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Morgan Brinson - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agency’s success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
